		<description>Very good post Sarah.  You are right on the mark in all the areas you covered.  My blog is very specialised, and I find the best way to post is when I have something relevent to say. Not just a post to fill space.  

In relation to custom blog design, I also agree.  I have tinkered with a standard blogger template to make it our own &quot;brand&quot;. Think it works Ok and only relies on my time and effort, not a high priced designer.
